  • This boat has a maximum capacity of 10 people.
  • Life Jackets are provided for all water rentals (up to the watercraft's capacity). All drivers must bring a valid driver's license at time of rental.
  • For your safety and comfort please come prepared with sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera.
  • We have many essentials available for purchase, if anything is lost or forgotten.
  • If you are late to your rental reservation time, we cannot ensure that we will be able to guarantee your full reservation time frame if there are reservations booked after you. (Example: If your reservation is from 10am-2pm and you arrive at 12pm, you will still need to return your equipment by 2pm without any refunds or credits given.
  • We cannot provide refunds/credits for any unused rental time. (Example: You rent an experience for 3 hours but only use 1 hour. We cannot refund the amount for the 2 hours that you did not use.)
  • We cannot provide refunds/credits for inclement weather.
  • We cannot provide refunds/credits for swimmer's itch.
